Shop N Reap is an online platform designed to:

  • Develop and grow vendor businesses by facilitating collaboration and team formation across various categories.
  • Enable vendors to increase their sales by leveraging a collective network.
  • Offer customers a loyalty rewards system through which they can earn and spend "Loyalty Cash" on purchases from any vendor registered on the platform.

2. Vendor Terms

2.1 Vendor Registration
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date business details during registration.
  • Agree to comply with the Platform’s vendor policies and guidelines.
  • Be responsible for the accuracy and quality of your product listings.
2.2 Vendor Team Formation

Vendors may be grouped into teams by the platform to drive collaborative marketing and sales strategies. Participation in such teams implies agreement to mutual promotion and cooperation.

2.3 Fees and Commissions

Details of fees, commissions, or subscription plans applicable to vendors will be outlined during onboarding or communicated periodically.

3. Customer Terms

3.1 Earning Loyalty Cash

Customers who purchase from vendors registered on the platform may earn "Loyalty Cash" credited to their digital wallet on the platform.

3.2 Using Loyalty Cash

Loyalty Cash can be used:

  • For future purchases from any vendor listed on www.shopnreap.com.
  • In accordance with the platform’s terms of redemption, which may change from time to time.

Loyalty Cash has no cash value outside the platform and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

4. General Platform Rules

  • All users must provide truthful and accurate information during registration.
  • Fraudulent activity, including fake orders or manipulation of the loyalty system, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, designs, and software, is owned or licensed by Shop N Reap. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform acts as a facilitator between vendors and customers. We are not liable for:

  • The quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products or services offered by vendors.
  • Disputes between vendors and customers, though we may assist in dispute resolution at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Customer Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • All registered customers are auto-enrolled in the Loyalty Program.
  • You must have an active account in good standing.
  • Vendors and their employees cannot earn rewards from their own store.

2. Earning Loyalty Cash

  • Earned through purchases from participating vendors.
  • Amount earned may vary by vendor or offer.
  • Credited after successful payment and delivery confirmation.

3. Redeeming Loyalty Cash

  • Can be redeemed on future purchases on the platform.
  • Subject to minimums and expiry rules shown at checkout.
  • Cannot be transferred, cashed out, or used outside the platform.

4. Expiry and Forfeiture

  • Valid for 24 months from issuance.
  • Expired or unused amounts will be forfeited.
  • Closed or suspended accounts will lose all Loyalty Cash.

5. Refunds and Adjustments

  • Cancelled/refunded orders will have Loyalty Cash reversed.
  • Redeemed amounts may be reinstated or adjusted per policy.

6. Abuse and Misuse

Shop N Reap reserves the right to suspend, reverse, or forfeit Loyalty Cash in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activities
  • Platform abuse
  • Violation of terms

7. Program Changes

We may change or end the program anytime. Updates will be posted on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Loyalty Cash has no real-world cash value.
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or misuse of Loyalty Cash.
  • Participation is voluntary; access is not guaranteed.
